This PR contains the work done to add the Open API dependencies into the library, plus to configure a dynamically generated client based on the latest App Store Connect OAS document, downloaded from the App Store Connect documentation website.

Added the swift-openapi-generator, swift-openapi-runtime, and swift-openapi-urlsession packages as dependencies in the Package.swift file and also, included them into the library target. 4bab15bf43
