When the package was added to the Swift Package Index, its build system reported fails when building for iOS, tvOS, and watchOS platforms. It is required to investigate this issue and, of course, fix it the best way possible.

This issue can be closed, as the building process results that were given by the Swift Package Index after submitting the v0.1.3 release confirm that there are no present issues in any of the Apple platforms anymore.
